Kiel and I teased the fact that this would be on many of our lists this year, but I think I can speak for both of us when I say that Tsunami Sea by Spiritbox is our most anticipated album of the year. We have similar taste in music, obviously, but I don’t know if I can remember a time when we were so on the exact same page, same line, same word, same letter.

The two singles we’ve gotten so far from the album, “Soft Spine” and “Perfect Soul”, are both incredible tracks, and if that’s what they’re willing to give us ahead of time, I know that the surprises that await us on release day are going to be even better.

I also finally get to see them live this year and I am so excited to cross them off my bucket list – yay! Courtney is that girly and I look up to her so much for her creativity and unabashed sense of self, so I am really truly looking forward to this next chapter for her and the guys.
